Machine Vision

We have designed and built many machine vision systems from fixtures to complete machines. Illustrated in the top picture is a vision system that moves a gasket to the back light so a camera can do an inspection. This machine does several different inspections automatically. The second image is a key inspection machine keys are dropped into a feed bowl which delivers the keys on a conveyor belt in two rows. The keys are inspected on one side by two cameras then get turned over onto another conveyer where they are inspected by another set of cameras.
